Join us in an Immersion of being. A day where we sink deeply into what it means to just be, to be in the moment, to be in our body and feel, experience, explore and just be.
You may have some insightful things come up, you may have challenging things come up, you may have some uncomfortable things come up, but whatever it is, it is ok, in fact it’s a gift. Once we shine a light on what’s there, then we can see how it’s impacting on us and those around us, and that’s where the healing begins.
The immersion into being is just that, it’s allowing ourself to slow down, go within and just be, without judgment or expectation and by letting that pressure go the awareness flows. You will also experience new tools to assist you in your daily life when these big life moments hit, because everything you need is within yourself! Just be you, it’s a powerful thing!
The day will begin at Jindivick where we have the privilege of experiencing both indoors and outdoors with a breathtaking view overlooking Gippsland.
We start the morning session with Samantha from Samantha Bingham Wholeness taking us into our whole body with movement, this will bring to our awareness whatever is needed for us to experience and with this in focus clear we will then be guided through a mediation “Journey to Self” with Aj from Lakshmi Healing and afterwards experience creating a personal blend of flower essences unique to each individual in attendance to support and assist us as we process anything that is coming up for us, to protect and to remove emotional blockages around these experiences. We will then experience Samantha’s gift as a Breathwork Practitioner and after breathwork we will have a break for personal time with a light lunch provided.
We will start our afternoon session opening our hearts with a Cacao Ceremony and finally we will close the afternoon experiencing Daniel from Cymatic Harmony and his gift of Sound Healing. You will leave with a gift bag from the day so you can enjoy more support in your own home.
The day will run from 11am- 5.30pm the location is Kydd Park Reserve, 1120 Jacksins Track, Jindivick.much and snacks will be provided, we will be checking with each person in attendance if there are any allergies or food intolerances.
To hold space and provide a safe and intimate environment there will be only 12 tickets available for this retreat.
